Job summary

365 Freight USA hires recent CDL-A school graduates and places them in a paid mentor-led training program for up to 6 weeks. Assigned 2025-2026 trucks and regional lanes east of I-35 provide consistent home time with a full 48-hour reset each week.

Drivers can earn $0.55 per mile with detention pay, layovers, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 3 months. Medical, dental, vision after 30 days and a 401(k) with company match are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean MVR and an active DOT medical card.
• New CDL school graduates train with a mentor for up to 6 weeks, paid.
• Drivers with 3+ months of verifiable OTR or regional experience start on the experienced route.
