Job summary

Ryder is seeking drivers to run solo on the East Coast with a sleeper tractor and flatbed trailer. Expect weekly pay and a $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $1,500 at 30 days and $1,500 at 90 days.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, 9 months of experience in the past 3 years, and passing Ryder drug and background checks, plus a DOT physical and Ryder road test. Benefits start after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 9 months of driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Minimum age 21.
• Must pass Ryder drug test.
• Must pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check (3 years).
• Must pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solo to the East Coast.
• Operate sleeper tractor with 53' flatbed trailer.
• Maintain safety and compliance per Ryder policies.

Job description

Earn $1,726+ per Week - $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Pay, Home Time & More:

• Earn $1,726+ per week
• Top earners make up to $1,900 per week
• Solo miles pay: 74 CPM
• Solo stops pay:$28.75 per stop
• Per diem pay: $40.00 per night with 5 nights out per week
• $3,000 sign-on bonus: Pays you $1,500 at 30 days and $1,500 at 90 days
• Regional route
• Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday
• Start Time: 12:00 AM - 3:00 AM
• Deliver SOLOTo:East Coast
• Tractor Type: Sleeper
• TrailerType: Flatbed 53'
• 6 months of flatbed experience preferred
• Freight:Load Securement Only - Building mesh type of freight
