The Regional Driver Position:

• Position: Regional Class A CDL Flatbed Driver (Company W2)
• Freight: Primarily flatbed, 50% drop & hook / 50% live load‑unload.
• Typical Weekly Miles: 2,500–3,000
• Home Time: Guaranteed home every weekend
• Terminals/Primary Lanes: Southeast and surrounding regional markets.

What You’ll Earn:

• Average weekly pay: around $1,300–$1,500, with a guaranteed weekly minimum for regional drivers.
• New drivers can earn $80,000+ in their first year with performance‑based pay schedules.
• Mileage pay that increases with tenure and experience, plus safety and performance incentives.
• Additional pay for short‑haul loads under 100 miles, detention, and layover when applicable.
