The Regional Driver Position

• Position: Regional Class A CDL Flatbed Driver (Company W2)
• Freight: Primarily flatbed, 50% drop & hook / 50% live load‑unload
• Typical Weekly Miles: 2,500–3,000
• Home Time: Guaranteed home every weekend
• Terminals/Primary Lanes: Southeast and surrounding regional markets

What You'll Earn

• Average weekly pay: around $1,300–$1,500, with a guaranteed weekly minimum for regional drivers
• New drivers can earn $80,000+ in their first year with performance‑based pay schedules
• Mileage pay that increases with tenure and experience, plus safety and performance incentivesAdditional pay for short‑haul loads under 100 miles, detention, and layover when applicable

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 24 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience (flatbed training available for the right driver)
• Generally clean MVR: no more than two moving violations in the last three years
• Strong safety record and professional attitude
• Willingness to handle tarping (more frequent in winter than in summer)
