365 Freight USA is hiring CDL-A recent graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van work with paid training, weekly home time, and weekly pay by direct deposit.

This W2 position offers a 3-5 week paid training program, day-one medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, company-paid life and AD&D, and rider policies. Regional routes provide steady miles and no-touch freight.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and current/valid.
• Enrollment in paid training eligible with at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with regular weekly home time.
• Handle no-touch or drop-and-hook freight where applicable.
