Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring CDL-A recent graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van work with paid training, weekly home time and weekly direct deposit. This entry-level role is built for new CDL-A graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction and are ready to get on the road with steady freight and a supportive team.

The position is W2, offers paid orientation, and features a route with consistent pay, late-model equipment, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-A license.
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction for paid training eligibility.
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
• Must have satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Regional routes with regular weekly home time and no-touch/dropping freight where possible.
• Operate dry van freight with emphasis on no-touch and drop-and-hook where available.
• Be supported by a team and drive a late-model Freightliner or Kenworth tractor.
