Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring CDL-A recent graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van positions with weekly home time and paid training. This is a W2 driver role with direct deposit every Friday and a 3-5 week training program.

Drivers will operate late-model tractors with no-touch freight and frequent drop-and-hook loads, offering steady weekly pay and full benefits including day-one medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid orientation, PTO, holidays, life and AD&D coverage,

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction for paid training eligibility
• Satisfactory driving record
• Able to meet DOT hiring requirements
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with steady miles and weekly home time.
• Handle no-touch freight with drop-and-hook where possible.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and safety policies.
