Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring CDL-A recent graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van work with paid training, weekly home time, and weekly pay by direct deposit. You’ll join a team that understands new drivers are getting established, with late-model equipment and steady freight.

Day-one benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, PTO and holidays, and life/AD&D coverage. Training lasts 3–5 weeks for qualified new CDL graduates.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction for paid training eligibility
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with weekly home time.
• No-touch freight with drop-and-hook where applicable.
• Support new drivers through paid training and orientation.
