Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking new CDL-A graduates in the Philadelphia area for a mentor-based regional driving program. Trainees begin with paid one-on-one instruction and progress to an assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Earn training pay of $850 per week and target weekly earnings of $1,600–$1,800 after successful completion of the mentor program, with weekly pay every Friday and paid orientation. Home time weekly or biweekly is available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school
• Minimum of 120 hours of CDL training
• Satisfactory driving record
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight on the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Complete paid mentor program and transition to full-time regional role with assigned truck.
• Maintain DOT and FMCSA compliance and safe driving practices.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and team.
