Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA offers a paid mentor program where CDL graduates train one-on-one with an experienced driver and earn $850 per week during training. After completion, you receive an assigned truck and transition into full-time work on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Recent completion of an accredited CDL program.
• 120 hours of CDL-school instruction.
• Safe driving record.
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely.
• Perform regional pickups and deliveries across the Eastern United States.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
