Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A school graduates to start a full-time regional driving career. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and receive the support needed to move into solo work.

An assigned truck comes after successful training, with 24/7 dispatch support and a pet/rider policy. The compensation package includes $850 per week during paid training and expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week, plus benefits starting on day one,

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-A school graduate with certification.
• Completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.
• Able to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive paid mentor training and become proficient in regional driving.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight.
• Move into solo driving with your own assigned truck after training.
