Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates to start full-time regional driving. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and receive strong support to transition to solo driving.

The program includes weekly pay during training, and projected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week. You’ll drive your own assigned truck after successful completion of training, with benefits and a toll/fuel program.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Have completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid mentor training before solo driving.
• Operate regional routes with no-touch dry van freight.
• Follow safety and professional communication standards.
