Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates to begin a regional driving role with weekly home time. You’ll drive assigned modern tractors, with no-touch freight and drop-and-hook operations, under a paid mentor program for up to six weeks.

Earn $0.55/mile with paid detentions after 2 hours, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 3 months. Benefits include medical dental vision and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• New CDL school graduates train with a mentor for up to 6 weeks, paid.
• Valid Class A CDL and clean MVR required.
• Active DOT medical card required for operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth with no slip seating.
• Haul regional lanes east of I-35 with 100% no-touch freight, drop and hook.
• Be home weekly for a full 48-hour reset; detentions paid after two hours.
