Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes. You will start with a paid training program lasting 3 to 5 weeks at $850 per week, then move to regional runs with mostly no-touch freight and regular weekly home time.

Expect $1,600–$1,800 per week after training on a W-2 position, with paid orientation before your first run. Benefits begin day one, including medical, dental and vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• ELDT completion through an FMCSA-registered provider.
• 120+ hours of CDL instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Able to pass a DOT physical.
• DOT pre-employment drug test + Clearinghouse enrollment.
• Meet DOT and company hiring standards.
• Regional start for driver straight out of CDL school.
