365 Freight USA is hiring entry-level CDL graduates for regional dry van routes. You will complete a paid training program of 3–5 weeks at $850 per week, then earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly (net of training).

You’ll go home every week on a predictable schedule with mostly no-touch freight and drop-and-hook where available. Benefits start day one, including medical, dental, and vision, PTO, holidays, life/AD&D, pet and rider policies, and a 401(k) with company match after eligibility.

Qualificações

• Valid Class A CDL with ELDT completion via an FMCSA-registered provider.
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Pass a DOT physical and DOT pre-employment drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Operate regional dry van routes with consistent miles.
• Home weekly on a regular schedule.
• No-touch freight with drop-and-hook loads when possible.
• Operate 2024 or 2025 Freightliner/Kenworth tractors.
