Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes. You will run regional lanes with mostly drop-and-hook freight and be home weekly, with a paid training period before solo runs.

You’ll start with a 3–5 week paid training program at $850 per week, followed by weekly pay between $1,600 and $1,800 and the opportunity for safety and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• ELDT finished through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• 120+ hours of CDL instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Able to pass a DOT physical.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment.
• Able to meet DOT and company hiring standards.
• Regional start for a driver straight out of CDL school.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with mostly no-touch freight.
• Home weekly on a consistent schedule.
• Maintain safe driving practices and meet performance standards.
