Job summary

365 Freight USA in Hope Mills, NC is hiring entry-level regional CDL-A drivers. You’ll haul mostly no-touch dry van freight with a strong drop-and-hook mix and you’ll be home every week on a predictable schedule.

Training is paid (3–5 weeks at $850 per week). Benefits start day one, including medical, dental and vision, PTO and holidays, company-paid life/AD&D, pet and rider policies, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL, with ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction, required for paid training
• Satisfactory driving record
• Pass a DOT physical
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment

Responsibilities

• Drive regional no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook loads
• Maintain DOT logs and comply with safety regulations
• Represent the company professionally during deliveries and handoffs
