365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes. You can expect 1,600–1,800 per week after training, with a paid orientation before your first run.

Training lasts 3 to 5 weeks at 850 per week, paid via direct deposit every Friday. We provide a W-2 position built for new CDL-A drivers, with medical, dental, and vision benefits starting on day one, life insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) plan with company match after eligibility, plus pet

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider
• 120+ hours of CDL instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Able to pass a DOT physical
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Clearinghouse enrollment
• Able to meet DOT and company hiring standards

Responsabilités

• Operate regional dry van routes with mostly no-touch freight.
• Home weekly with consistent miles and regular weekly home time.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain logbooks and records.
