Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A Driver to transport and unload food products to customers across intrastate and interstate routes. You will operate tractor-trailer or straight trucks, follow DOT regulations, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining professional customer relationships.

The role includes night shifts (11PM–3AM start), 4–5 days per week, 5 weeks of paid training in Portland, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus (terms apply).

Qualifications

• Customer service-related work experience is required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements where applicable.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Inspect tractor/trailer and freight for proper loading and documentation.
• Ensure security of tractor, trailer and freight during shifts and unload as needed.
• Maintain daily logs and adhere to hours of service requirements.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers professionally.
