Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Delivery Driver in Roanoke to safely operate diesel tractor-trailers, deliver products to customer locations, and unload pallets at accounts. You will interact with customers and the sales team while ensuring excellent service and compliance with FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, trip planning, loading/unloading cargo, and maintaining accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate in English per FMCSA regulations.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid FMCSA physical certification within 60 days.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Class A CDL for Interstate driving within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-shift activities to prepare for the schedule and verify loads.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections per FMCSA regulations.
• Operate diesel tractor-trailers safely and legally; complete required freight paperwork.
• Plan trips using maps or GPS to ensure on-time delivery; record hours of service.
• Read trip information and load/unload freight at customer locations using pallet jacks.
