Abigail Kirsch, a premier NYC-area caterer operated under Elior North America, seeks a Regional Director of Catering Sales for Dining & Events to drive revenue growth and mentor the sales team. Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of off-premise and venue catering sales and operations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow revenue in the territory through independent outreach and team collaboration.
• Lead, mentor and develop the sales team to drive revenue and accountability.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure exceptional client interaction at events.
• Oversee event coordination, pricing, and post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing and leadership to promote Abigail Kirsch and Elior North America.
