Job summary

Abigail Kirsch, part of Elior North America, seeks a Regional Director of Catering Sales to drive revenue growth in the NY Tri-State area. You will mentor the sales team, expand client relationships, and oversee event execution while maintaining brand standards.

The role combines direct sales leadership with strategic planning to meet annual targets, participate in menu strategy, and collaborate with senior management to promote company culture and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of driving revenue (over $10M).
• Advanced knowledge of off-premise and venue catering sales and operations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales and sales management to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop and retain top performers; mentor the sales team.
• Ensure profitability and adherence to brand standards.
• Oversee client relationships and event execution across the territory.
• Lead weekly sales meetings and strategy sessions.
• Collaborate with HR to coach direct reports and manage staffing.
