Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Category Management with cross-regional interaction.
• Experience with global strategy and supplier negotiations.
• Industrial/technical background in metals is preferred.
• Strong ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Define category strategy as a cross-functional team member.
• Execute category strategy across the geographic zone.
• Monitor supplier performance and risk; manage supplier development.
