ATS, Inc. is seeking a Regional Carrier Representative to connect qualified carriers with available freight and keep shipments moving across the country. You will partner with ATS Logistics and serve as the link between carriers and shippers.

In this role you will build strong regional carrier relationships, coordinate daily dispatch, and ensure loads are handled accurately with proactive problem-solving. A dynamic environment and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Experience building carrier relationships and coordinating dispatch.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing, inactive, or potential carriers.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and maintain competitive pricing.
• Dispatch qualified carriers to available freight and provide complete trip information.
• Update data systems with accurate carrier and shipment details.
• Serve as liaison between carriers and shippers.
