Chemours in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Regional Capital Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for capital projects across Corpus Christi, La Porte, and El Dorado sites. You will ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery while aligning with capital strategy.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years of experience in industrial capital projects, and strong leadership, communication, and procurement/contract management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing capital projects.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel to other sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering team across Corpus Christi, La Porte, and El Dorado sites.
• Oversee the execution of the full capital portfolio—planning, forecasting, design, procurement, safety, and maintenance—within safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with Capital Portfolio Manager and regional leaders to align on a consolidated portfolio and prioritize investments.
• Monitor KPIs for project planning and execution and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide engineering support to regional operations for safe and reliable plants, including MOC/MIQA and infrastructure.
