Career Collective in Illinois seeks a Senior Project & Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship manager for regional client accounts within 100 miles of Decatur. Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10+ years of progressive experience in capital project management within corn wet/dry milling, soy processing or related facilities.
• Proven track record of expanding client portfolios and increasing account revenue.
• Deep understanding of industrial processing systems, capital equipment installation, and regulatory/hygienic standards.
• PMP certification or PE license preferred; demonstrated mastery of project controls and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Account Management & Revenue Growth: act as the primary contact for regional client accounts and align solutions with long-term capital plans.
• Capital Project Execution: direct end-to-end delivery of industrial capital projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget results.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: coordinate internal engineers, controls, procurement, and external contractors.
• Client Reporting: provide progress reporting including risk assessments to client leadership on a regular cadence.
