Qualifications

• Must have canvassing management experience in home improvement or related industry.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills.
• Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door canvassing teams.
• Comfortable working in the field and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers.
• Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training.
• Develop neighborhood mapping and route plans in several regional areas.
• Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results.
