Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Regional Café Manager to ensure an exceptional customer experience across multiple hospital café locations within our Florida Market. This role focuses on maintaining impeccable service standards, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment, and upholding the highest quality in food presentation and customer interactions. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to excellence in a healthcare setting.

Ideal living location would be the Orlando area

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience at all café locations.

Train and support café teams to uphold excellence in service, cleanliness, and presentation.

Monitor and maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulations.

Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality, ambiance, and staff performance.

Develop and implement quality control measures to enhance the customer experience.

Address customer feedback promptly and professionally to improve service.

Collaborate with hospital leadership to align café operations with patient and staff needs.

Ensure that all menu offerings meet high standards for freshness, presentation, and consistency.

Foster a positive, customer-focused culture among café employees.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in hospitality, food service, or customer experience management, preferably in a healthcare or high-traffic café setting.

Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and customers.

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain high service standards in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
