Job summary

Harrington is seeking a Regional Buyer to support our Florida locations and ensure inventory aligns with business needs. In this role you will partner with Purchasing, Operations, Demand Planning, branch teams, and suppliers to manage replenishment, monitor stock levels, and address supply challenges before they affect customers.

Responsibilities include reviewing Min/Max levels, coordinating transfers, expediting open POs, managing supplier relations, and identifying opportunities to improve

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of purchasing, inventory, or supply chain experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across locations.
• Strong communication skills and supplier/internal relationship building.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick learning of new systems.

• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing, inventory availability, service levels, and cost.
