Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions invites a results-driven Business Solutions Manager to lead our regional employer engagement and workforce development initiatives. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years in workforce development or related business support model
• Proven track record of building and maintaining business partnerships
• Strong business acumen with ability to apply innovative and strategic thinking; proven supervisory skills; ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, internal and external

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Business Solutions Team with coaching and performance management.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with employers and community partners.
• Oversee employer outreach and strategies to boost engagement with workforce services.
• Monitor labor market trends to align workforce solutions with regional growth.
• Manage IWT, WEX, and other employer-based workforce initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, grants, contracts, and performance measures.
• Plan and execute regional job fairs and employer forums.
• Foster collaboration across Business Solutions, Career Advisors, and partners.
• Analyze program performance and prepare reports to meet goals.
• Represent the organization at community meetings and workforce events.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
