Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a Field Revenue Cycle Specialist to oversee and improve revenue cycle activities across multiple communities. This role requires travel and supports the Business Office teams to ensure accurate processing and timely reimbursements.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in LTC revenue cycle, strong computer skills, and knowledge of Medicaid eligibility processes. Full-time position with travel responsibilities across facilities.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of Long-Term Care experience related to Revenue Cycle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Knowledge of state Medicaid eligibility from application through the appeal process.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Community Business Offices revenue cycle processes.
• Develop and assist the Business Office staff to ensure accurate, timely revenue cycle work.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Department to optimize workflow.
• Travel to facilities as needed to perform duties.

Position Summary:

The primary function of Field Revenue Cycle Specialist is to help manage the customarily recognized Business Offices of the communities, particularly regarding staff members of the Business Offices of the communities.The Field Revenue Cycle Specialist supports and develops the Business Office staff of the communities to ensure the timely and accurate Revenue Cycle Process. This position will require travel. The Field Revenue Cycle Specialist works in conjunction with and supports the Revenue Cycle Department.

Education/Qualifications:

• You must have two (2) or more years of Long-Term Care experience as it relates to Revenue Cycle.
• Must possess and demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
• Must possess knowledge of state Medicaid eligibility requirements, from the application through the appeal process.
• Must have the ability to work with the requirements of the position/assignment, with ability to travel.
