Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Field Revenue Cycle Specialist to manage the communities' Business Offices and oversee revenue cycle activities across sites. The role requires travel to facilities and collaboration with the Revenue Cycle Department to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in Long-Term Care Revenue Cycle, solid computer skills, and knowledge of Medicaid eligibility processes. This is a full-time, on-site role with facility-specific benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Long-Term Care Revenue Cycle experience.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of state Medicaid eligibility from application to appeal.
• Ability to travel as required by the position.

Position Summary

The primary function of Field Revenue Cycle Specialist is to help manage the customarily recognized Business Offices of the communities, particularly regarding staff members of the Business Offices of the communities. The Field Revenue Cycle Specialist supports and develops the Business Office staff of the communities to ensure the timely and accurate Revenue Cycle Process. This position will require travel. The Field Revenue Cycle Specialist works in conjunction with and supports the Revenue Cycle Department.

Education/Qualifications

• You must have two (2) or more years of Long-Term Care experience as it relates to Revenue Cycle.
• Must possess and demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
• Must possess knowledge of state Medicaid eligibility requirements, from the application through the appeal process.
• Must have the ability to work with the requirements of the position/assignment, with ability to travel.
