Agios Pharmaceuticals is searching for a dynamic Regional Business Director (RBD)/Sr. RBD to join our growing US Sales team. The RBD/Sr. RBD will manage a team of Hemolytic Anemia Specialists (HAS), build and develop the team, and create demand for Pyrukynd (mitapivat) among healthcare providers. Additionally, the RBD and their team will raise awareness of Thalassemia across their territories in anticipation of Pyrukynd's initial US approval for this indication.

Approximately 75% travel within the territory, focusing on the major market area of Central.
This is a remote-based field position. Employees must reside within their designated territory and maintain regular communication with their manager. Travel may be required for meetings and company events.
