  • Seek growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate across teams to realize these opportunities.
  • Develop sales strategies based on territory reports and analysis to defend existing clients, grow revenue, and acquire new clients through trainings, webinars, analytics, and relationship building.
  • Actively sell within the territory, making calls to existing and new accounts about 3 days a week, with heavy phone sales to drive partnerships and finance usage. Work autonomously to balance inside and outside sales calls.
  • Follow-up on sales leads from marketing to convert practices into primary patient financing providers.
  • Pursue high potential acquisition opportunities, including engaging with C-level relationships to influence and implement change.
  • Nurture partnership opportunities and work with management on future prospects.
  • Utilize reporting with the Business Insights team to target opportunities delivering maximum value.
  • Conduct business reviews, webinars, and trainings for new clients; identify additional training needs due to staff changes, limited presentation of financing, etc.
  • Share feedback on products and services with marketing and senior management during quarterly reviews.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and develop strategies to minimize attrition and increase market share.
  • Help resolve risk scenarios and client complaints promptly.
  • This role may require travel and evening work as needed.
About You
