Job Title:
Regional Business Development Executive (Remote – B2B Sales)

Location:
North Columbus, OH Region (Remote with local travel)

About the Role:
We’re hiring a senior-level business development executive to drive new market growth across northern Ohio, with a focus on the Columbus metro and surrounding areas. This role supports a fast-growing company that provides onsite workplace solutions to corporate clients through long-term, service-based contracts.

You’ll be responsible for building your territory from the ground up—prospecting, presenting, and closing deals directly with HR, Facilities, and Operations leaders. Once a contract is signed, an account team steps in to manage ongoing service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a defined territory across the northern Ohio region

Lead the full B2B sales process from outreach to close

Serve as the regional sales lead, targeting mid-market and enterprise prospects

Build relationships with senior decision-makers in corporate environments

Provide market insights and pipeline reporting to company leadership

Qualifications:

3–7 years of B2B sales experience, focused on hunting and territory growth

Background in contract-based services or facility-related sales is preferred

Experience selling to HR, Operations, or Facilities leadership

Strong communication and consultative selling skills

Based in or near Columbus, OH, with the ability to travel locally for client meetings

Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship needs
