Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the structural steel or commercial construction industry.
• Proven track record of securing large-scale projects and exceeding sales targets.
• Established professional network in the structural steel and/or commercial construction markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market strategy to drive pipeline growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to implement regional sales strategies.
• Identify competitive advantages and new market opportunities for sustainable long-term growth.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on sales objectives.
