The Director, UCLA Health Regional Burn Center, is responsible for the fiscal, human resources, clinical, and communication operations of the inpatient nursing units and the outpatient clinic. The role follows ANA standards and UCLA's Professional Practice Model to sustain high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include developing and evaluating data collection systems, assessing practice, and leading CICARE rounds to drive unit performance.

Qualifications

• Current valid CA RN License required.
• MSN or BSN with a Master's degree in a related field required.
• 3 years of management/leadership experience in Burn unit required.
• 5 years of acute care RN experience required.
• BLS from ARC or AHA required.
• ACLS and PALS from AHA required.
• ABLS and CBRN required.
• Knowledge to manage disaster incidents and sentinel events with strong critical thinking.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fiscal, human resources, clinical, and communications of inpatient nursing units and outpatient clinic.
• Develop, maintain and evaluate patient and staff collection systems to support nursing practice and patient care.
• Evaluate assessment practices, use data collection to measure unit performance, and conduct CICARE rounds.
• Assess staff performance and drive continuous quality improvement.
