Job summary

UCLA Health in West Hills, CA is seeking an experienced RN to provide specialized nursing care for Outpatient Burn patients. You will supervise nursing interventions, assess learning needs, and deliver clinical education to patients, families, and staff.

The role requires a California RN license, BSN or MSN, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS) with at least 1 year Burn experience. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is essential to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications

• Current valid California RN license required.
• BSN or MSN, required.
• BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
• ACLS from the American Heart Association required.
• PALS from the American Heart Association required.
• 1 year of Burn experience, required.
• Skill in implementing nursing interventions on a consistent basis.
• Ability to perform historical, physical and behavioral patient assessments.
• Ability to develop, implement and evaluate patient care plans with patient, family and staff.
