Job Description
The Regional Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and leadership development across the Southeast region, with primary focus on the high-growth markets of Georgia (Atlanta metro and surrounding areas), Birmingham, Huntsville, and Chattanooga. This position provides executive-level oversight to Branch Managers, ensuring consistent high performance, profitability, and alignment with company objectives while building a scalable, high-performing regional operation in one of the fastest-growing corridors in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Branch Managers across the Southeast, driving talent strategy including hiring, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Own regional strategy and growth, identifying market opportunities, building key client relationships, and expanding presence across Georgia, Birmingham, Huntsville, and Chattanooga.
- Oversee regional operations to ensure productivity, safety, compliance, and service excellence, while implementing KPIs, driving process improvements, and optimizing branch performance.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and cross-branch collaboration, while developing leadership, sales, and operational capabilities across teams.
- Drive financial performance through sales growth, forecasting, budgeting, and cost management, while maintaining strong customer experience and brand standards.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in collections, credit, finance, or operations.
- Previous experience in construction-related industries strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-site or regional operations.
- Deep understanding of the Southeast business landscape, particularly Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee markets, is a significant advantage.
- Proven strategic thinking and business development skills with the ability to drive results in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership presence with demonstrated success in developing and elevating high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting/financial software (Sage experience strongly preferred).
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Sound business judgment and the ability to anticipate needs and solve complex problems proactively.
