Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in workforce development, program coordination, operations, or industry engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement with regional workforce organizations, training providers, HR/hiring teams.
• Build relationships with employers and workforce partners; oversee employer engagement activities.
• Track programs, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects; prepare materials and reports.
