Job Title: Regional Behavior Analyst Supervisor- Columbus

Job Summary:
Strongly Preferred Qualification: Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has completed a Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, or psychology with completion of approved BACB graduate coursework, AND 1500 hours of experience in the field with 5% of those hours being supervised by a BCBA, AND has received a passing score on the Behavior Analysis Certification Board Exam, AND has specialized training in developmental disabilities as evidenced by college coursework or practicum/internship experience OR one year of experience in providing services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Experience working with the dually diagnosed individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs;
Experience providing technical assistance and training; Experience in providing staff supervision and quality assurance activities; Knowledge of clinical best practice standards for behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities
