Role Description

This is a part time remote role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Sunny Skies ABA. Flexible schedule on a contract basis. We are in the early stages of contracting and credentialing.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Oversee and support RBTs, ensuring quality implementation of behavior strategies.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven updates to interventions as needed.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Deliver parent training sessions and promote skill generalization across home and community settings.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards.

Qualifications
