Qualifications

• 3 years of cosmetics retail experience.
• 3+ years of experience in education with a focus on strong presentation and coaching skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail with big-picture focus.
• Advanced technology skills, especially MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead training & coaching for Territory Sales Managers and retailers.
• Develop education strategy, content, and modules.
• Deliver on-brand training sessions regionally.
• Customize materials for regional audiences with impactful content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure training relevance and effectiveness.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and adjust education plans.
• Plan and facilitate regional conferences and summits.
