Per Mar Security Services seeks a Business Development Manager to lead growth of the Security Officer division across Chicago, Indianapolis and the surrounding region. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and position Per Mar as a trusted security partner for outsourced solutions.

As the primary driver of market growth, you will lead consultative sales engagements, develop tailored security offerings, and close multi-site contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in business development, strategic sales, or market development.
• Experience selling complex B2B service solutions.
• Proven ability to generate new revenue through prospecting and relationship development.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned market and surrounding region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy in Chicago/Indianapolis and surrounding region.
• Build a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, and disciplined prospecting.
• Engage executives, facility leaders, and other decision-makers with tailored security solutions.
• Deliver high-impact presentations, proposals, and business cases.
• Lead consultative sales engagements from discovery through contract execution.
• Maintain forecasting accuracy and CRM-driven pipeline management.
