Job summary

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs, a ChanceLight division, seeks a Regional BCBA to lead behavioral services across K-12 campuses in Northern/Central California. You will train teachers on FBAs and BIPs, supervise staff pursuing BCBA credentials, ensure regulatory and internal standards, and analyze data to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, behavioral therapy, special education or related field.
• BCBA credential licensed or in process of obtaining.
• CA driver’s license capable and maintained.
• Experience in behavioral support for special education or behavioral health.
• Proficient in ABA, PBIS, FBA, and BIP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training and guidance to teachers on FBAs and BIPs.
• Monitor and evaluate quality of instruction and behavioral support for students.
• Support staff with best practices to meet IEP goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve academic, social, emotional, and independent functioning.
• Provide crisis management interventions and reduce need for 1:1 staffing.
• Collaborate with campus teams to collect data and adjust interventions.
• Conduct quality checks at campus levels and suggest improvements.
