Job summary

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is seeking a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral support services across multiple campuses. You will train and mentor staff, supervise ABA interventions, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards while driving student outcomes across the region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, behavioral health or a closely related field.
• Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management training.
• Prior experience training and implementing applied behavior analysis techniques including PBIS, FBA and BIP in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of special education services and compliance, effective teaching strategies, classroom management, data-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and coaching to teachers and educational staff on ABA practices and data collection.
