Job summary

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide expert behavioral support for K-12 students across multiple program locations in a designated region, including La Vista, NE and Auburn, NE.

You will conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, train staff, monitor progress, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with on-site teams to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or closely related field.
• Licensed or in process to obtain BCBA credential.
• Ability to obtain crisis management training certification.
• Valid NE driver’s license.
• Experience implementing ABA techniques in educational settings.
• Knowledge of special education services and compliance.
• Experience training and coaching teachers and staff.
• Experience with children with autism and related disabilities.
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs for designated schools to identify causes of challenging behaviors.
• Create and implement BIPs aligned with standards and district guidelines.
• Support development of measurable IEP goals and progress monitoring.
• Apply evidence-based interventions to promote positive outcomes.
• Provide crisis management support and reduce 1:1 staffing needs.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to collect data and adjust interventions.
• Perform quality checks across campuses and recommend improvements.
• Deliver training on behavioral assessment, intervention, data collection, and crisis management.
• Guide staff pursuing BACB certification.
• Assist in developing improvement plans for campuses.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to discuss needs and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Education regulations and internal standards.
• Maintain detailed records of assessments, interventions, progress, and compliance.
• Provide operational support to schools in the region.
• Perform other duties as needed.
