Job summary

Factory Motor Parts is seeking a Senior Battery Marketer to deliver, install, and service batteries across an assigned route, providing outstanding customer support. You will stock inventory, educate customers on battery options, process warranty claims, manage cores, grow existing accounts, and pursue new prospects while adhering to safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and pass a background check.
• Clean driving record required with a valid CDL-HazMat endorsement.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and move heavy batteries (up to 75 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver, replenish, and pick up batteries at customer locations on the route schedule.
• Stock and organize customers' battery inventory to maintain optimal levels.
• Provide accurate information on battery offerings, features and benefits.
• Document battery cores and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts through reliable service.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and product usage.
• Communicate feedback and potential sales leads to internal teams.
• Complete paperwork, manifests, service logs, and inspection forms accurately.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations for battery handling and transport.
