Job summary

New Bath Today, now part of SageHome Brands, is expanding in Colorado and Utah. We seek an Area Installation Manager to ensure seamless customer experiences from installer contact through project completion.

This exempt, full-time role leads installation teams across multiple crews. You will coordinate scheduling with Production, manage warehouse operations, maintain quality, and communicate with customers and the office throughout installations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation project management.
Proven track record of recruiting, training, and coaching subcontractors.
Reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally as required.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Manage customer installations from contact to project completion.
Maintain quality standards and monitor metrics such as NPS/Guild scores.
Coordinate up to 25 installation crews and ensure they are trained and supported.
Coordinate with Production to maximize installer scheduling and availability.
Oversee warehouse receiving, storage and distribution with safety and efficiency in mind.
Maintain clear communication with customers and the office throughout the installation period.
