Job summary

New Bath Today, now part of SageHome Brands, is expanding in Colorado and Utah. We seek an Area Installation Manager to ensure seamless customer experiences from installer contact through project completion.

This exempt, full-time role leads installation teams across multiple crews. You will coordinate scheduling with Production, manage warehouse operations, maintain quality, and communicate with customers and the office throughout installations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation project management.
• Proven track record of recruiting, training, and coaching subcontractors.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally as required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer installations from contact to project completion.
• Maintain quality standards and monitor metrics such as NPS/Guild scores.
• Coordinate up to 25 installation crews and ensure they are trained and supported.
• Coordinate with Production to maximize installer scheduling and availability.
• Oversee warehouse receiving, storage and distribution with safety and efficiency in mind.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and the office throughout the installation period.

With our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Area Installation Manager to join our New Bath Today team. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience throughout the installation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer-Centric Installations: Ensure all aspects of customer installations are managed with excellence, from installer contact to project completion.


• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship and oversee quality control metrics, including NPS/Guild score performance.


• Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate up to 25 installation crews, ensuring they are well-trained, accountable, and supported.


• Installer Capacity: Coordinate with Production team to maximize scheduling, manage monthly installer availability.


• Inventory and Warehouse Management: Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of products, while maintaining safety and efficiency in the warehouse.


• Customer Communication: Maintain consistent and clear communication with customers and office throughout the installation period to ensure their satisfaction.


• Problem Solving: Act as the primary field contact for addressing and resolving any issues that arise before, during or after the installation process.

Earnings: This is an exempt position.

Salary range: $85,000 – $95,000/year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.


• 3+ years of experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation project management, preferably in a bathroom setting.


• Proven track record of recruiting, training, and coaching subcontractors.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.


• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally as required.


• Legally authorized to work in the United States.


• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
